Wilfred Agaji is a specialist in the Agriculture value chain operations in Nigeria. He has about 30 years’ experience out of which he spent about 13 years in agribusiness financing which cut across two commercial banks in Nigeria - Fidelity and Keystone Banks. He has immense experience in Agribusiness Financing under the various intervention schemes of CBN, in the Agric Teams of commercial banks. His working experience among others includes: Agric & Livestock Dev. Co (ALDC) - 1992 to 1995; Excel Farms Ltd - 1995 to 1999; Feed Masters Ltd - 2000 to 2011; Fidelity Bank Plc - 2011 to 2013; and Keystone Bank Limited - 2013 till February 2023.
He is proficient in the design, implementation and establishment of minimal input, integrated, sustainable and regenerative agriculture in the tropics. He has attended several courses. These include Agricultural Project Feasibility and Viability Analysis; Agricultural Credit Analysis and Risk Management; Comprehensive Credit Analysis, Qualitative Fish and Poultry Feeds Production, Farm Business Planning & Management and Management of Agricultural Commodity Value Chain for Agribusiness.
