With a proven track record in top management roles at renowned banks like UBA, Guarantee Trust Bank, Access Bank, Union Bank, and Keystone Bank, Ladi drives revenue and remarkable growth through strategic sales and business strategies. Her keen insights into market trends, customer behavior, and commercial dynamics empower Enem Consulting to seize new business opportunities and reach greater heights.

Ladi excels in enhancing sales team performance through training, mentoring, and coaching, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Ladi's academic journey includes a distinguished LL.B in Law from the University of Jos, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, UK. Nayo Ugoh

Coach Nayo Ugoh is a strategic Human Resources Practitioner with a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources Management, Organizational changes and resolution of business issues; a self-motivated individual possessing demonstrated leadership skills and thrives under Transformational functions across different business segments.

She is a Teens and Leadership Coach as well as an effective communicator at all levels within Organizations and a change Management champion who has effectively championed HR Strategy development and Implementation.

She started her professional career in Customer service/efficiency management before she moved into broadcasting and finally settled for her passion- Human Capital Management.

Nayo has worked in the following leadership capacities of Human Resources Management in various Financial and non-Financial Industry services : Head Recruitment & Selection, Head , Resourcing & Man power planning/Development, Head Performance Management, Head Employee& Industrial relations, Group Head HR, Shared Services, Head Business Advisory, Head Talent Management and Group Head Human Capital Management for a Nigerian Conglomerate with interests in Manufacturing, Hospitality, Mining, Real Estate, Logistics, Trading, Exploration and Production.

Nayo Ugoh is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development United Kingdom (MCIPD) as well as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). She holds degrees in English Language & Arts and also International Relations & Strategic Studies. A Certified Talent Economist, Certified Hayes Job evaluator, SHL Certified Assessment Center Design and Assessment Administrator, She is an all-round People Management expert.

Wilfred Agaji

Wilfred Agaji is a specialist in the Agriculture value chain operations in Nigeria. He has about 30 years’ experience out of which he spent about 13 years in agribusiness financing which cut across two commercial banks in Nigeria - Fidelity and Keystone Banks. He has immense experience in Agribusiness Financing under the various intervention schemes of CBN, in the Agric Teams of commercial banks. His working experience among others includes: Agric & Livestock Dev. Co (ALDC) - 1992 to 1995; Excel Farms Ltd - 1995 to 1999; Feed Masters Ltd - 2000 to 2011; Fidelity Bank Plc - 2011 to 2013; and Keystone Bank Limited - 2013 till February 2023.

He is proficient in the design, implementation and establishment of minimal input, integrated, sustainable and regenerative agriculture in the tropics. He has attended several courses. These include Agricultural Project Feasibility and Viability Analysis; Agricultural Credit Analysis and Risk Management; Comprehensive Credit Analysis, Qualitative Fish and Poultry Feeds Production, Farm Business Planning & Management and Management of Agricultural Commodity Value Chain for Agribusiness. Wilfred Agaji holds an M.Sc. in Fisheries and Hydrobiology and belongs to several professional bodies.

Ade Adedosu

Ade is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts with a Certificate in Electronic Data Processing, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications, Fellow; Institute of Management Consultants – FIMC, Certified Management Consultant – CMC and Certified Management Specialist (CMS), London Graduate School all of which have shaped his career and focus on delivering optimal service. Ade began his career at FedEx, where he played a key role as a Business Development Coordinator, contributing to building a strong client base through effective customer retention policies and management.

With extensive IT training, Ade has held various roles, including Business Analyst at Rogers Communications Inc. (Canada), Senior Solutions Analyst at IronData (Canada), and Senior IT Consultant for esteemed organizations such as the Government of Canada (Agric Canada and Shared Services Canada), Government of Ontario (Ministries of Justice and Transportation) Manitoba Public Insurance, IBM, and the Office of the Superintendent for Financial Institutions (Government of Canada financial regulatory authority). His wide-ranging IT exposure enables him to navigate the ever-changing IT landscape and add significant value to clients' businesses.

Ade is a result-oriented individual driven by value-creation, quality, and excellent service delivery. His vision for Enem Consulting is to become the leading provider of unique ICT and General consulting services. He aims to achieve this by conducting sector needs assessments, leveraging evolving technologies, and focusing on miniaturization and affordability.
